Comprehensive Billing Services

Our approach to Healthcare Billing and Collections is simple. We will meet with you and modify our forms in a manner that is easy for your staff to complete, so that we have the data necessary to submit your claims and follow up. We then reconcile your data using controls established by TFG Consulting to ensure that every date of service is billed properly and submit your claims to the primary payer whether it is Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial or Private Insurance. We will then monitor the claims until paid and submit the claims for secondary payment of any unpaid amounts or coinsurance. We will issue a series of reports (billing logs by payer type, payment logs, unpaid claims logs) that will give you the information needed to record revenue and collections in the general ledger and monitor our billing activity. We also prepare Medicare Bad Debt Logs so that you can receive interim payment of bad debt. TFG Consulting, LLC can also assist you with the posting of your revenue to the General Ledger.
